Before applying, please review the following:
We welcome candidates of all backgrounds (race, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or veteran status) and who live and/or work within the state of New Jersey.
Please review the APLI Guidelines carefully before getting started. To view the application prior to beginning, you can download the Application Preview by clicking the button on this page.
To begin, click APPLY to access the APLI application portal. Select whether you are applying as a teaching artist, school educator, or a team.
Complete the application and submit. You will receive a notification in 2 days that your application has been received.

By applying to the Arts Professional Learning Institute (APLI), you are agreeing to the active participation in all program components, as well as the evaluation of the program. You acknowledge that withdrawal from the program or decreased participation will result in proration or termination of the APLI stipend.
